Donations All donations made to Life Saviour Foundation are voluntary and dedicated to healthcare welfare projects. Because these funds are immediately allocated to patient care and charity operations, donations are generally non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error (e.g., accidental duplicate transaction), please contact us within 7 days for review.
Appointment & Consultation Cancellations
Patients can cancel or reschedule their online consultation up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
If a cancellation is made within the valid timeframe, a full refund or appointment slot adjustment will be processed.
Refunds for valid cancellations will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account/Card) within 7-10 working days, subject to standard bank processing times.-
